Just an update for those who might be interested: I am leaving for Las Vegas tonight with Simon for Dave and Monica's wedding. I'll fly back to Charlotte on Sunday and then Monday morning leave (with Simon) for Hilton Head in the car! I hope Simon does OK on the drive (4-5 hours without stops). Michael and Joseph are departing on Saturday morning. We'll all get back the following Saturday. Annie is in charge of the house while we are gone. There will be several contractors in and out during the week to finish up the kitchen. I look forward to seeing the finished product (less the laundry nook) when I get home!
