Here are pictures of Joseph and Simon in their Halloween/All Saint's Day costumes. Joseph was St. George and Simon was the dragon. As you might imagine, it is nearly impossible to get a picture of both of them standing still at the same time, so the last one is an "action shot."
I was fortunate enough to find that dragon costume recently at a consignment sale in Simon's size, so even though Joseph would probably have prefered to be the dragon himself, he did like wearing his armor and carrying his shield and sword and it made for a good costume combo.
